To send us a file (this method is not secure, so use a password on your file and send that via e-mail to your accountant):
- Enter your e-mail address below.
- Enter any message you may want to send your accountant (you may leave this blank if you like)
- Click on “Browse” next to box “File 1”
- A window will come up that says “Choose file.” Click on the arrow next to “Look in:”
- Choose “Desktop”
- Find the company file you have just saved to your desktop (or other location). Regular backups will have an extension of “.qbb” and accountants copies will have an extension of “qbx” (generally, unless arranged previously, you do not want to send the file with an extension of “qbw)
- You should now see your file in the “File 1” box. Click “SendThisFile”
